I've led design across product, brand and marketing - from the biggest supermarket loyalty scheme in the UK to global trading platforms and AI-powered SaaS startups.
Part of the leadership team that built Tesco's digital design function from 5 to 160 people in 7 years. Specialising in the loyalty space both internationally (Thailand, Malaysia and Central Europe) and in the UK where my team and I took the Clubcard app from 1 to 5 stars on both platforms, achieving over 9m users.
