From branding and digital to experiential UX/UI, gaming UI, design systems, digital transformation and building and expanding design teams (Taking the Tesco digital design team from 5 to 160 people in 7 years)
Latterly my focus has been on the loyalty space for Tesco both internationally (Thailand, Malaysia and Central Europe) and in the UK where my team and I took the Clubcard app from 1 to 5 stars on both platforms, with over 8m users.
Obsessive about Culture, as a creator and carrier, and a constant champion of Diversity and Inclusion.
I apply Design Thinking to complex business problems and understand what it takes to build, inspire, motivate and lead teams at scale.
I’m able to cut through the noise and identify genuine opportunities to simplify complexity, and
deliver tangible results.
I love travel, cycling, food/cooking and restoring old (70s/80s classic road) bikes, so to date I have completed 7 l’Eroica’s, an event which conveniently combines the lot. In my spare (travel) time I am also restoring a very remote off grid cottage in rural Alto Alentejo (Portugal) so I can restore and ride more vintage bikes there, while cooking and eating too much.
